ADN-ZB Hiekel 1.7.1983 Bez. Dresden: Görlitz- Unmittelbar am Grenzübergang in die VRP steht der Gedenkstein, der den Verlauf des 15. Meridians symbolisiert. Er wiurde 1961 anläßlich des ersten Weltraumfluges eines Menschen errichtet. Die Inschrift lautet: Nach der mittleren Ortszeit des 15. Längenkreises richtet sich die gesamte mitteleuropäische Zeitzone. Die MEZ gilt in Skandinavien-den Staaten Mitteleuropas-Ungarn-Jugoslawien-Italien-Tunesien-Kamerun. - siehe auch 1983-0701-010 und 1983-0701-011 -
