Ashridge House
(which he built between 1808 and 1814), in the parish of Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, married Charlotte Catherine Anne Haynes (1763—1849), only daughter and heiress of Samuel Haynes (1789-1802), a son of Rev Hopton Haynes, Rector of Elmsett, Suffolk. Arms: Egerton quartering Grey (undifferenced), all impaling Haynes (
