| Description |
English:
The two State Highway One (SH1) bridges across the Waimakariri River just north of Christchurch. Northbound to the left, south to the right. There has been a lot of talk recently about adding a third lane to each bridge and when they were built 40-50 years ago the piers were designed for three lanes each bridge.
