Summary
Description Assyrian panel with color projected on it, showing how it looked back in the day, in the Vorderasiatisches Museum Berlin.jpg |
English:
The Assyrian panel shows two winged genies, two princes or kings, and two servants, one of whom is performing a ritual blessing. Projected colour shows how the panel looked initially. The color disappeared in many millennia and was damaged by the excessive cleaning of artifacts that took place in the 19th century.
