Arrowhead_plant_047.jpg
Summary
A houseplant. According to a houseplant guide book, the following are all names for this plant:
- Arrowhead plant
- Goosefoot
- Nephthytis
- Syngonium podophyllum
This page archive copy at the Wayback Machine also lists the following names:
- Arrowhead Philodendron
- Trileaf Wonder
It also says that the common name Nephthytis is actually incorrect, originally given because it looked similar to the African genus. The American species were reclassified to their own genus in 1879, which I assume is Syngonium.
This archive copy at the Wayback Machine and this archive copy at the Wayback Machine also list the following names:
- Arrowhead vine
- African evergreen
