Description Afghan Returnees Find Home in Parwan Province.jpg | 100512-F-5994S-024 PARWAN PROVINCE, Afghanistan – A local village elder shows Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team members that a village well is dry in Barikop, Parwan province, Afghanistan, May 12. Of the 50 wells in the returnee village of Barikop, also known as Beni Warsak, only four of the wells still work. The PRT met with Mr. Esmatullah Karimi, Parwan director of refugees and repatriation, Engineer Abdul Majid, Panjshir DoRR, Mr. Haji Sulaiman, deputy mayor of Panjshir and village elders to discusses the issues of resettling Afghans to the village not far from the base.
