If the photo is traced back further, it appears to come from HERE [ dead link ] (Click on "Additional information about this item") where the Scope & Content section says: "ENDURING FREEDOM Base: Camp Justice, Masirah; Country: Oman (OMN)". There are also several more photos HERE archive copy at the Wayback Machine (see page 2) of the photos. THIS photo archive copy at the Wayback Machine is pretty convincing as it was taken the day before of the Commander, 321st Air Expeditionary Group (AEG) which was deployed in support of Operation Southern Watch - putting Captain Jack Frost a long way from Iraq at the time.
