Description
English: House at 6015 Wayne Ave., Philadelphia, part of the Tulpehocken Station Historic District , on the NRHP since November 26, 1985. The HD is roughly bounded by McCallum Street, West Walnut Lane, Penn Central railroad tracks, and West Tulpehocken Street in the Germantown neighborhood. This building designed by G.W. Hewitt commissioned by Henry Lister Townsend in 1887. It is considered to be a scaled down version of Drum Moir, Henry Houston's Chestnut Hill estate, also on the NRHP and is called a Picturesque Eclectic castle
