Summary

Description

One hopes the overhead electric wires into platform 4 at Dublin Connolly station was isolated at the time! Seen in on the opposite platform is Class 141 no. 149 which would shunt release the stock to free the Northern Ireland Railways Class 111 loco which brought the train in from Belfast Central. The NIR loco would then be in charge of the return northbound "Enterprise" service. The service was joint operated by NIR and CIE.
