Hello there, I will like to create an article in regards on the WP's recent incident relating to Raeesah Khan's exit and the WP all the way up to Pritam Singh's perjury, and if time permits, the cumulation of Aljunied-Hougang Town Council controversy, plus the billion dollar money laundering case. We dunno what might have in stores or what to write, or even concern on what title to name was appropriate. Perhaps maybe anyone who is experienced enough could help me if required. Thank you so much! Sculture65 (talk) 09:39, 19 March 2024 (UTC)
Hi there,
I created an article for Farisha Ishak, a singer-songwriter who won the first season of the Final 1, and was signed to Hype Records. She then did hosting, acting, and advocacy work.
I created the article in January and it was quickly rejected. However, I made changes a few days later, but it has not been reviewed again since.
Since this is the Wikiproject Singapore page, I was hoping someone may be able to help with getting the article reviewed?
Here is the link to the page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Farisha_Ishak
If you have other tips or think another wikiproject page is better to ask for a review, please let me know.
Thank you!
Best,

Hi, looking at the Singapore in Malaysia article, I feel that it's more appropriate to use the former subdivision infobox in the article since this article is about the time Singapore was an part of Malaysia instead of an independent country. It looks like this was the case for a while but was changed to the current template. I would like to know what the participants in the Singapore WikiProject think about this issue and if they would approve if me changing the infobox in that article to the former subdivision one. - Template:Infobox former subdivision is actually derived from Template:Infobox country, so there is not a huge difference between the two. The change was made here, and looking at both revisions the two seem to have roughly similar information in different orders. The difference appears to be that the implementation of Template:Infobox former subdivisions included that Singapore was a State of Malaysia, while the implementation of Template:Infobox country included the UTC offset and the driving side. Driving side and UTC offset are not hugely significant, so I'd on balance opt for the former, but as noted both infoboxes are effectively shells of each other. CMD (talk) 07:53, 30 May 2024 (UTC)
