Production

In April 2024, it was revealed that an action thriller film titled The Furious was in development, with Tanigaki Kenji directing and Mak Tin Shu writing the screenplay. Xie Miao, Joe Taslim, Jeeja Yanin, Yang Enyu and Yayan Ruhian joined the main cast. Producer William Kong stated that the film would reset and reinvent the martial arts genre.[1]

Filming

Principal photography began in late April 2024, in Bangkok.[1][2]
