Samseong mythology is a mythology originated in the Tamna, present-day Jeju island, which is different from Dangun mythology in Korean peninsula.[1][2] There are following descriptions in Yeong Ju Ji (Korean: 영주지; Hanja: 瀛州誌), Goryeosa, Nasanok (나사녹; 南槎録)and Tamnaraji (탐[나라]지; 耽羅志). Also in Goryeosa, Nasanok (나사녹; 南槎録), and Tamnaraji (탐[나라]지; 耽羅志), Byeoknangguk (벽낭; 碧浪国) was explained as Japan and a girl who come from that country.[3]
