Notes

  1. No Affiliation is used by Elections Canada when a candidate leaves the Party Affiliation entry blank on his or her registration; this is often done by candidates from unregistered political parties.
  2. The word Party does not appear in their Elections Canada registration but does appear on their websites.
  3. This United Party was registered in 2019 and is unrelated to the United Party that ran in the 2015 election.
  4. Lépine was ejected from the party on 6 October;[2] she still appeared on the ballot as representing the Green Party because the candidate registration deadline had already passed.
  5. Leona Alleslev was announced as the Liberal candidate in July 2018 but crossed the floor to join the Conservatives in September of that year.
  6. Kalmanovitch withdrew from the race on 16 October and threw his support to the NDP candidate. Because the candidate registration deadline had passed, he still appeared on the ballot as the Green candidate.[3]
  7. Leung was ejected from the Conservative Party on 5 October. Because the candidate registration deadline had passed, she still appeared on the ballot as the Conservative candidate.[4]
