Piotr Petrovich Miklashevich (born 18 October 1954) is a Belarusian politician, currently serving as Head of the Constitutional Court of Belarus.

Career

Milakshevich was Chair of the Commission behind the 2022 constitutional referendum.[1][2]

Milakshevich is sanctioned by the United States (Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List),[3] the Baltic states,[4][5] the European Union,[6] the United Kingdom,[7] Canada,[8] Switzerland,[9] Albania, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Norway.[10]
