• Golden Stars: Positioned in the top-left corner of the flag, there are two nested golden stars. These stars are separated by a white background.
• Gilt Frame: While three edges of the flag are adorned with gilt frames, the fly edge remains unframed.

The legal basis for the Presidential Standard of Northern Cyprus is established in the "Flag Law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus." This law, adopted by the Founding Assembly of the TRNC on March 7, 1984, delineates the specifications and usage protocols for the standard.
