The Wildcats compete in the Bay State Conference. Fall Varsity Sports in Milton include: Cheerleading (Co-ed), Cross Country (Girls/Boys), Field Hockey, Football (Co-ed), Golf (Coed), Soccer (Girls/Boys), Swim (Co-ed), and Volleyball (Co-ed). Winter Varsity Sports include Basketball (Girls/Boys), Dance (Co-ed), Ice Hockey (Girls/Boys), Indoor Track and Field (Girls/Boys), Ski Team (Girls/Boys), Wrestling (Co-ed). Spring Varsity Sports include Baseball, Lacrosse (Girls/Boys), Outdoor Track, and Field (Girls/Boys), Softball, Volleyball (Boys),Tennis (Girls/Boys), Crew (Girls/Boys), and Rugby (Co-ed).[3]

Mens basketball- State Championships: 1988, 1996 and 2009.[4]

Women's ice hockey- Second place finish in the state in division 2: 2007 & 2008.
Women's field hockey- MIAA division 2 champions: 1986 & 1991
Women's cross country- MIAA Division 3 State Championships: 2010 & 2016.[6]
Baseball- State champions: 2022 and 2023.[7]
The 2011-2012 Milton High School Boys Ice Hockey team were defeated by Burlington High school On March 19, 2012, at the state finals at the TD Garden in Boston.[8]
