License Fee (19952001) was a chestnut Thoroughbred racehorse mare, by Black Tie Affair and out of the Deputy Minister mare Star Deputy. She was bred by Pedigree Farms in Ontario, Canada,[1] and went on to win four graded stakes races.[3] License Fee was initially trained by Stanley Hough.[4] After being sold for US$330,000[5] to WinStar Farm in November 1999,[6] she was trained by W. Elliott Walden.[4]

In June 2001, License Fee broke her right front leg during the Molly Pitcher Stakes, and was euthanized at the Monmouth Park Racetrack.[9]
