Lake Gistova, also known as Lake Gkistova (Albanian: Liqeni i Gramozit, Greek: Λίμνη Γκιστόβα), is an alpine lake on the Albania-Greece border.[1] It is the highest lake in Greece.[2] It is located at an elevation of about 2,350 metres (7,710 ft), on the Gramos mountain.[3] The nearest village is Gramos in Greece. The last years the lake through social media and websites took more attention and more people come to visit it.[4]
