KaDeWe Group GmbH operates three department stores in Germany:

• KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens) in Berlin
• Oberpollinger in Munich
• Alsterhaus in Hamburg

The group was founded in 2014 and is now owned by

• Central Group of Thailand which also own Selfridges Group including De Bijenkorf (Netherlands), and Brown Thomas and Arnotts (Ireland)
• Signa Holding of Austria, Signs is headed by René Benko, owner of the Galeria Kaufhof department store in Germany.^[1]

Together the group operates the three stores with about 4,000 employees.^[2]
