History

Infosec Institute was founded by Jack Koziol in 2004.[4]

In January 2022, Cengage Group announced an agreement to acquire Infosec for $190.8 million;[5] the transaction was completed in March 2022.[6]

In June 2022, InfoSec institute was named one of the top 20 online learning library by Training Industry for the fourth consecutive year.[7]
