Indra Sistemas, S.A. (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈindɾa sisˈtemas]) is a Spanish information technology and defense systems company founded in 1992.[citation needed] Indra is listed on the Bolsa de Madrid and is a constituent of the IBEX 35 index.[citation needed]

Indra has been fined in 2018,[3] and 2019[4] for participating in a 14-year cartel rigging the contracts for Spanish railway infrastructure and leading a 15-year cartel rigging the offers of IT services to several public administrations in Spain.[5]

Indra Sistemas ran the 2008 Angolan legislative election and was accused of helping the MPLA win that election.[6]
