Iman Beney (born 23 July 2006) is a Swiss footballer who plays as a midfielder for BSC Young Boys and the Swiss national team.[1][2][3]

Beney has represented Switzerland at youth level.[4]

Iman Beney made her international debut against Zambia in a 3–3 tie.[5] Beney was the youngest member of the Swiss 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup squad.[6]

Personal life

Iman Beney is of Brazilian descent via her mother.[7][8] Beney's father Nicolas Beney was a professional football player as was her aunt Noémie Beney. Her older brother Roméo is also a professional footballer and plays for Basel in the Swiss Super League.[9]
