Hebius bitaeniatus, commonly known as the two-striped keelback[1] or Kutkai keelback,[2] is a species of snake of the family Colubridae. It is found in Southeast and East Asia. Its reproduction is oviparous in nature[3][1][2]

Geographic range and habitat

Hebius bitaeniatum occurs in southern China (Yunnan, Hunan, Guizhou), Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.[2] It inhabits montane rainforest at elevations of 1,829–2,377 m (6,001–7,799 ft) above sea level.[1]
