George Welstead Colledge (1 February 1834 - 7 October 1863) was a British joint magistrate and deputy collector at Bulandshahr, India, where he died at the age of 29. He was born in Macau, the eldest son of Thomas Richardson Colledge, gained admission to Haileybury (1851-1853), and passed the examination of the Indian Civil Service at a young age. During the Indian Rebellion of 1857 he served at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.[1][2]
