Comesaña won his first ATP Challenger titles in 2022, two singles in Argentina and one doubles title in Italy with Luciano Darderi.
He made his ATP debut at the 2024 Córdoba Open as a wildcard. He also entered the 2024 Chile Open as a lucky loser.
On 22 April 2024, he reached the top 100 following a Challenger title in Oeiras.[2]
