In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Saubidet and the second or maternal family name is Birkner.

Bautista Saubidet Birkner (born 28 November 1995) is an Argentine sailor. He participated in the men's RS:X event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.[1][2][3] He also won the Pan American gold medal in the RS:X event at the 2019 Lima.[4] He is 3 times South American Champion and Youth European Champion.[5][6][7][8]
