Albert McCay (1901–1969) was a Republican Party politician who served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 1944 to 1948 and in the New Jersey Senate from 1952 to 1960.
Born in Philadelphia, McCay was raised in Mansfield Township, Burlington County, New Jersey and Burlington, New Jersey.[1] McCay graduated from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1929.[2] He lived with his wife and children in Palmyra, New Jersey and then Delanco Township, New Jersey.[1]
