Football league season

The 2022–23 Macedonian Third Football League was the 31st season of the third-tier football league in North Macedonia, since its establishment.^[1]

Notes:

Kumanovo was competed under the name Studena Voda in the autumn part of the season.^[2]
Rinia 98 were deducted 3 points for improper registration of several players that lead to not being played the Round 1 match.
Rashtak was not relegated due to the withdrawal of Butel.^[3]
Ilinden Skopje was not relegated due to the withdrawal of Lokomotiva Skopje.^[3]
