Soccer league season


The 2022 League1 Canada season was the first edition of League1 Canada, the third division of men's and women's soccer in Canada.[1] The 2022 season included regional leagues and playoffs, as well as the inaugural Women's Interprovincial Championship.[2] A men's interprovincial tournament will not debut until the 2023 season.[3]

  1. Due to scheduling issues, ahead of the conclusion of the L1BC season, L1BC confirmed that Varsity FC would be the league representative, regardless of the playoff results of the season.[4]
  2. After the final it was announced that due to scheduling conflicts, champions NDC Ontario could not participate.[5]
