The 1927 Coe Kohawks football team represented Coe College as a member of the Midwest Conference (MWC) during the 1927 college football season. Led by 14th-year head coach Moray Eby, the Kohawks compiled an overall record 4–3–1 with a mark of 3–2 in conference play, placing third in the MWC.[1][2] The team played home games at Coe Field in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
