@Jj98: Does the removal of this parameter affect Wikipedia 1.0 ? Please either restore the importance code to the template, or update the wikiproject and template documentation, and post a bulletin at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Politics. According to this edit by Mr. Guye (talk · contribs), four of the task forces are defunct, hence the associated parameters are deprecated. Is there a proposal anywhere to remove these parameters from the template proper? --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 07:22, 16 July 2018 (UTC)

The template transclusion chain goes {{WikiProject Politics}} -> {{WikiProject Politics/doc}} -> {{No subst}} -> {{Never substitute}} -> {{Always substitute|yesnomaybe=never}}. Seems like the naming of Category:Wikipedia substituted templates is somewhat vague and inconsistent with how it is actually populated (templates where a decision on to substitute or not to substitute has been made). It is however distinct from Category:Wikipedia templates to be automatically substituted which is for templates that should be substituted and can be done so by a bot.
