Table layout

Group should be downward and period should be horizontal. But in this template the directions are incorrectly shown. Please correct it.--G.Kiruthikan (talk) 06:02, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

Interesting. Of course, current layout is the regular layout for periodic table(s). Do you have any example or source that switches these two (transpone)? Would it make the essence more clear? -DePiep (talk) 08:33, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

Source?

Where does the data in this template come from? It's strange to see such an imporant template unreferenced.--R8R (talk) 16:38, 17 November 2015 (UTC)

Probably Electronegativities of the elements (data page), which cites WebElements, CRC, and Lange. Double sharp (talk) 05:26, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

Francium

I don't see why Fr should have no value and I haven't heard a good explanation. What is it?

By the way, if you draw a horizontal line from Fr dot to the scale line, you'll see that both Fr's and Cs's values are closer to 0.5 than to 1.0. So again, ~0.8 remains unreferenced.--R8R (talk) 12:32, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
