Church in Co Sligo, Ireland
St. Crumnathy's Cathedral Achonry,[1][2] is a former cathedral[3] in the Republic of Ireland.[4]
Dedicated to St Nathy,[5] it was formerly in the Diocese of Achonry,[6] and then the joint cathedral of Killala and Achonry.[7] It was rebuilt in 1823 at a cost of £1066 with a grant from the Board of First Fruits.[8] It was then one of three cathedrals in the Diocese of Tuam, Killala and Achonry until it was deconsecrated in 1998.[9] It is now a protected structure.[10]
