Kairat Kudaybergenovich Abdrakhmanov (Kazakh: Қайрат Құдайбергенұлы Әбдірахманов, Qairat Qūdaibergenūly Äbdırahmanov, born 21 April 1964) was the foreign minister for the Republic of Kazakhstan since 28 December 2016 until 26 December 2018.[1] Abdrakhmanov previously served as Kazakhstan's permanent representative to the United Nations.[1] Abdrakhmanov also served as Kazakhstan's representative to the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE)[2]
