Hind Mazdoor Kisan Panchayat (India Workers Peasants Council), was a national trade union confederation in India.

During the 1990s, HMKP orgsanised 5,000 women mat weavers into a cooperative to improve livelihoods.[1]

In 2010, HMKP merged with Hind Mazdoor Sabha (HMS).[2]
