Description

English: The Soyuz TMA-18 rocket launches from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Friday, April 2, 2010 carrying three Expedition 23 crew members to the International Space Station . Onboard were Russian cosmonauts Alexander Skvortsov , Soyuz commander and Expedition 23 flight engineer; and Mikhail Kornienko , flight engineer, along with NASA astronaut Tracy Caldwell Dyson , flight engineer. Launch occurred at 10:04 a.m., Kazakhstan time.
