Pago Pago, AS, November 6, 2009 -- James Shebl, external affairs officer, foreground, takes notes as a newspaper reporter shoots still photos and American Samoa government TV crew videotapes news conference updating progress of recovery since the September 29th earthquake, tsunami and flooding disaster. It was the first news event at the Joint Field Office where employees of FEMA, federal partners and the American Samoa government work side-by-side to help survivors recover. Richard O'Reilly/FEMA.
