English: Pago Pago, AS, November 6, 2009 -- James Shebl, external affairs officer, foreground, takes notes as a newspaper reporter shoots still photos and American Samoa government TV crew videotapes news conference updating progress of recovery since the September 29th earthquake, tsunami and flooding disaster.
